Starburst Cutting

I've joined my first QAL over at Melissa's delightful blog, Happy Quilting.  Maybe this was stupid of me, considering I'm moving in two weeks. I figure I'll give it my best shot, get as much done before the move date as I can, then catch up quickly after I've settled in a bit.

I used some Indie fat quarters that I won from luvinthemommyhood as part of an AGF Fat Quarter Gang post.  Since I only had ten, I threw in two other fabrics that seemed to blend.  None of my LQS's sell Indie. Toobadski.

This week's assignment is cutting.  It didn't take very much time.  The hardest part was pairing the fabrics up.  Luckily, Melissa wrote instructions for that, too!  So far this has been an awesome tutorial.

Cutting to the chase, I've done it, and here's the proof:

Now I just have to figure out how to link up.  Wish this brand new blogger luck!
