Day Job: Well..... I am a paraprofessional. I work with children that have special needs. Mostly Autism, sometimes emotional delays. I LOVE it. I am just a sub. I only work when I need money for fabric, it's ridiculous, really! I also babysit two of the cutest boys ever. My 6 and 3 year old grandsons. It's the best job EVER!
Location: Mesa, Arizona
Hoards: Japanese fabric, Bonnie and Camille, October Afternoon and Pam Kitty. White pitchers and cake stands, childrens books. My favorites are watercolor and rhyming books.
Reads: Pam Kitty, Diary of a Quilter, Pretty by Hand, Nana Company
Admires: Pretty by Hand, Nana Company. I am amazed at their ability to create lovely emboidered and quilted goodness.
Loves: buying fabric, quilting, sewing
Super Power: I really don't have a super power. I am a jack of all trades, and a master of none. I have tried just about every craft known to man, and love just about all of them. Maybe my super power is the willingness to try and make anything!
Is also into: cooking, embroidery, gardening, swimming in the pool, ocean, river, lake I love to swim!
Quilting/sewing bucket list: perfecting FMQ, paper piecing, I really want to make all the old fashioned blocks, every one of them!
